Recovery Drink – Chocolate Hazelnut 420g

MX3 Recovery Drink Chocolate Hazelnut is a post-exercise recovery drink developed in partnership with the Ultra Sport Science Foundation. It targets muscle repair, glycogen restoration and tissue regeneration after intense or prolonged physical effort. The combination of protein, carbohydrates, marine collagen and micronutrients addresses the key physiological demands of recovery in a single serving.

Protein drives muscle repair after effort. The formula delivers 20 g of protein per 60 g serving, sourced from milk protein, to support muscle rebuilding in the critical window following exercise. Carbohydrates replenish glycogen stores depleted during prolonged activity, restoring energy reserves for the next session.

Marine collagen peptides (25%) contribute to muscle reinforcement, bone mass maintenance and reduction of inflammation. They also promote regeneration of connective tissue and joints — particularly relevant for athletes who train frequently or at high volume.

Marine magnesium, sourced from Mediterranean seawater of French origin, supports muscle and nervous system function while reducing fatigue. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and bone strength. Potassium and sodium support electrolyte balance after sweat loss. Vitamins C, E, B1 and B6 support energy metabolism, antioxidant protection and immune function during the recovery phase.

Natural chocolate hazelnut flavour. Consume within 4 hours after prolonged physical exercise, and no later than 6 hours after effort.

How to use: dissolve 60 g (3 level scoops, scoop included) in 300 ml of cold milk or water. Shake well before drinking.
