MX3 Electrolyte Tablets Neutral are effervescent electrolyte tablets developed in partnership with the Ultra Sport Science Foundation. During intense exercise, the body loses significant quantities of minerals and vitamins through sweat. These tablets replenish essential electrolytes, prevent dehydration and reduce fatigue during and after prolonged physical effort.

Each tablet delivers calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and zinc — the five key minerals for maintaining normal muscle, joint and circulatory function during exercise. Furthermore, marine algae extract (Ulva lactuca) provides a natural source of magnesium with high bioavailability and excellent digestive tolerance.

Vitamins C, B1 and B6 reduce fatigue and support energy metabolism throughout effort. In addition, zinc and vitamin C act as antioxidants, protecting cells against oxidative stress caused by intense exercise. Together, the vitamin and mineral complex covers the primary micronutrient demands of endurance and high-intensity sport.

The neutral flavour allows the tablet to enrich any existing flavoured drink without affecting taste. As a result, it integrates seamlessly into any hydration strategy — alongside an isotonic drink, energy drink or plain water.

How to use: dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water. Do not exceed 1 tablet per day. Consume during or after exercise.
