Crunchy Granola

REAL Turmat Crunchy Granola is a freeze-dried granola combining fibre-rich flax seed with smooth chocolate drops. It is filling, satisfying and quick to prepare. As a result, it is one of the most practical breakfast options in the REAL Turmat range.

The granola base (58%) uses gluten-free rolled oats with oligofructose, flax seeds, sunflower oil and apple juice concentrate. Flax seeds contribute dietary fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. Furthermore, they add a clear nutritional boost before a long day outdoors.

Chocolate drops (5.8%) add a gentle sweetness without overpowering the oat base. Cold water gives a stronger chocolate taste. Meanwhile, warm water produces a gentler, creamier result. You can therefore adjust the experience to suit your preference and the conditions.

At 493 kcal per serving, this freeze-dried granola delivers solid energy for demanding days. It also provides 22 g of protein per serving. In addition, the high fibre content of 14.6 g supports sustained energy throughout the morning.

The pouch is lightweight and compact. It is easy to carry and takes up little space in a pack. Furthermore, preparation takes under 10 minutes. Add 160 ml of cold or warm water, stir and wait. Then eat directly from the pouch. No pot needed.
