Chocolate Muesli

REAL Turmat Chocolate Muesli is a freeze-dried breakfast combining oats, honey, wheat and rye flakes with freeze-dried strawberries and dark chocolate. It is light, satisfying and quick to prepare — a reliable breakfast for any day outdoors.

The muesli base (61%) uses oatmeal, whole grain flakes, honey and wheat-rye flakes as its foundation. Freeze-dried strawberries (1.5%) add a subtle fruity contrast to the chocolate. Furthermore, dark chocolate (10%) provides a rich, indulgent flavour without making the breakfast heavy or overly sweet.

At 439 kcal per serving with 22 g of protein, this breakfast delivers solid energy for active mornings outdoors. In addition, 7.8 g of dietary fibre per serving supports sustained energy throughout the day.

The muesli works with hot or cold water. Cold water gives a fresher, crunchier texture. Meanwhile, warm water produces a softer, more porridge-like result. You can therefore adapt the same meal to different conditions and preferences.
