Delivery
We ship with GLS once payment is confirmed. Card payments are confirmed immediately, so orders placed by 11:00 on a business day leave our warehouse the same day. Bank transfer orders are shipped on the business day the payment reaches our account. Orders confirmed after 11:00, on weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
GLS usually delivers in the morning. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the driver leaves a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. You receive a GLS tracking link by e-mail when your parcel is shipped.
Delivery to a GLS parcel locker or ParcelShop is available on request. Contact us before you order.

Outside the EU
We deliver to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia by prior arrangement. Contact us for the delivery cost before you order. Import duties and taxes in these countries are paid by the recipient.
In addition to the delivery cost, the freight forwarder may charge handling fees for imports into Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Delivery to countries not listed above can be arranged individually by e-mail.
