The EZ-Clean Membrane™ hollow fibre filter handles the safety side: effective against bacteria, protozoa – including Giardia and Cryptosporidium – and microplastics, at 2 L per minute without pumping or chemicals. The activated carbon stage handles taste: chlorine, odour, chemicals. The result is water that is clean and actually worth drinking, whether from a mountain stream, a fountain, or a city tap.

The SoftFlask™ can be squeezed to support water flow – faster hydration with less effort. When flow slows, just shake or swish in clean water to restore the membrane – no tools, no backflushing required. Hollow fibre cartridge lasts up to 1.000 L; activated carbon up to 200 L – replaceable independently. 72 g, folds into any pocket.

Pro tip: When flow slows, fill the bottle halfway with clean water, screw the filter on, and shake vigorously for a minute or two. Dump the water – it will carry the debris flushed from the membrane – and you’re ready to filter again at full flow. No tools, no back-flushing required.
Never let the filter freeze – hollow fibre cracks when frozen. On cold nights, keep it in your pack or sleeping bag.
