MX3 Dark Chocolate and Guérande Salt is a natural energy bar formulated with date paste and almond paste for sustained energy during exercise. Its soft, moist texture makes it easy to chew and digest during sporting activity, even at high intensity. The combination of dark chocolate and a touch of Guérande sea salt creates a rich, satisfying flavour that stays appetising across multiple hours of effort.

Date paste and almond paste provide a balanced mix of carbohydrates and healthy fats. Carbohydrates deliver immediate and sustained energy during effort. Furthermore, the high fibre content (10 g / 100g) supports satiety and helps control hunger during long activities.

Marine magnesium, sourced from Mediterranean seawater of French origin, reduces fatigue and supports healthy metabolism, muscle, joint and nervous system function throughout exercise. In addition, natural caffeine provides a stimulating effect to support alertness and mental focus during demanding efforts.

Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism and nervous system function. The entirely natural ingredient list contains no artificial additives or preservatives — only ingredients that perform a clear nutritional function.

Guérande salt (1%) adds flavour depth and contributes to electrolyte balance during effort. The bar works well alongside MX3 isotonic drinks as part of a structured fuelling strategy for endurance sports.
