MX3 Isotonic Drink Long Effort Grapefruit is a performance endurance drink developed in partnership with the Ultra Sport Science Foundation. Specifically, it targets high-intensity efforts exceeding 2.5 hours. Isomaltulose, BCAAs, guarana and marine magnesium work together to sustain energy, protect muscles and maintain hydration throughout extended activity.

The formula centres on isomaltulose, a low glycaemic index carbohydrate that releases energy gradually. Unlike maltodextrin-based drinks, it prevents blood sugar spikes and crashes. As a result, glycaemic stability is maintained — a key advantage during long efforts where energy consistency directly affects pacing and mental focus.

In addition, the isotonic formula limits digestive discomfort during exercise and ensures optimal nutrient absorption. This makes the endurance drink reliable for athletes who struggle with conventional sports drinks at high intensity or in heat.

Furthermore, BCAAs (leucine, valine, isoleucine) reduce muscle damage and trauma caused by prolonged effort. Meanwhile, guarana extract provides a natural source of caffeine to support alertness and mental energy. Marine magnesium, sourced from Mediterranean seawater of French origin, also supports muscle, joint and nervous system function while reducing fatigue.

Vitamins C and E protect against exercise-induced oxidative stress and therefore support faster recovery. How to use: dissolve 40 g (2 level scoops, scoop included) in 500 ml of cold water. Shake well before drinking. Then consume every 5–10 minutes from the start of exercise, in small sips.
