The pork cooks until it pulls apart into tender, juicy pieces and combines with a sweet, balanced tomato sauce. Rice, bell pepper, leek and onion complete the dish — simple, satisfying and reliably flavoured for long days outdoors.

Freeze-drying preserves the natural taste and texture of the ingredients far better than conventional dehydration. The process removes moisture at low temperature, locking in flavour and nutrients. As a result, what you rehydrate on the trail closely matches the original meal.

The pouch is lightweight and compact, making it practical backpacking food when weight and pack space matter. Furthermore, preparation takes under 10 minutes. Add hot water to the line, stir, wait and eat directly from the pouch. No pot needed.
