Bidos is one of the most recognised dishes of the indigenous Sami people of northern Scandinavia — a slow-cooked reindeer stew with potato, carrot and onion. Reindeer meat (18.5%) provides a lean, distinctive protein with a flavour that sets this soup apart from standard outdoor food options. Furthermore, potato (25%) and carrot (19%) form a hearty, comforting base that gives the soup real substance despite its lighter calorie count.
